The house lets by the week. What shows as free below is free, because this is the only calendar there is and nobody else is selling the same week somewhere else.
Looking further ahead than the calendar runs, or wanting a fortnight, or arriving on a different day? Ask. The calendar is a default, not a rule.
Rates
A deposit by bank transfer confirms the week. The balance is due before you travel. No card details are taken on this site and no platform takes a commission on top.
Rates are per week for the whole house. Tell us the week you want and we will come straight back with the figure and what it includes.

Literature, history and culture over a long weekend, partly at Patrick and Joan Leigh Fermor's house.
About 400 places, and the 2026 edition is sold out with a waiting list rather than extra tickets.

Mostly free concerts around the village, with a basket sent round for donations.
Run with the Sarpsborg Jazz Club in Norway and Bar 1866, supported by the Municipality of Western Mani. The dates move: it ran in May for years.
