The whole house, from £2,450 to £6,650 a week. What shows as free below is free, because this is the only calendar there is and nobody else is selling the same week somewhere else.
Weeks run Saturday to Saturday and most guests take one, but the calendar is a default rather than a rule: pick any arrival and any departure of 6 nights or more and we will tell you honestly whether it works. Looking further ahead than the calendar runs, or wanting a fortnight? Ask.
Worth knowing
The pool is heated and a heat pump runs through the house, so the shoulder months work here in a way they do not at most places on this coast. They are also the two loveliest months in the Mani: water in the gorges and wildflowers in April, the best swimming of the year and both Kardamyli festivals in October. The same house, the same view, for a good deal less.
Rates
A 10 per cent deposit by bank transfer confirms the week. The balance is due before you travel. No card details are taken on this site and no platform takes a commission on top.
For the whole house, not per person. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday and the shortest stay is 6 nights, so a part week is the nightly rate multiplied out. Nothing is added at the end: no booking fee, no platform commission, no cleaning charge invented on the way to checkout.

Literature, history and culture over a long weekend, partly at Patrick and Joan Leigh Fermor's house.
About 400 places and it sells out, with a waiting list rather than extra tickets. Ask the festival for the dates the year before you travel.

Mostly free concerts around the village, with a basket sent round for donations.
Run with the Sarpsborg Jazz Club in Norway and Bar 1866, supported by the Municipality of Western Mani. The dates move: it ran in May for years and in October in 2026.
